Danny Davis has been the Senior Pastor at Mount Hermon Baptist Church since November 2006.
Danny is a graduate of Cumberland College (1978) and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (1984). He also holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from Columbia Biblical Seminary and School of Missions (2006).
Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, Danny grew up in Williamsburg, Kentucky. He has been a pastor since 1985, having previously served churches in Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina and Virginia. He has a heart for world missions and has been involved personally in numerous overseas mission efforts to Africa, Russia, Cuba, United Kingdom, Greece and Honduras.
Danny and his wife Sandy have been married since 1978. They have one son, Jordan, who lives in the Washington D.C. area with his wife Melinda, and who works on Capitol Hill as a congressional staffer.

Jana Wolfe has been Minister of Music at Mount Hermon since January 2002. She came to Virginia from Tennessee where she served a church for 13 years.
Jana is a graduate of Belmont University (1984) and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (1987).
She and her husband, John, both natives of Nashville, TN, have been married since 1985. They have two daughters, Emily and Laura.
Preparing for and leading in worship is one of her passions. She believes that worship is the most important time in the week for the church. Leading choirs and the congregation to bring their best in worship is a constant focus.

Whitney Clarke has been our Minister to Preschool and Children since October 2007. She was born in Danville, VA and raised in the Mount Hermon community. She has a heart for children, missions, and for sharing the truth of Christ’s love and forgiveness.
Whitney is a graduate of Danville Community College (1990), Averett College (1992), and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1996).
She and her husband Randall (Odessa, TX) have been married since 1995. They have one daughter Catherine Grace (Catie).

Josh Mark became our Minister of Youth and Young Adults in January 2008.
Josh was born in Canada, but grew up in Bradenton, Florida. He is a graduate of Trinity Western University in British Columbia, Canada (2003) and Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in California (2005).
Josh previously served on church staffs in Canada and Florida. He has a heart for discipleship and desires to see students grow both spiritually and relationally.
He and his wife Elisabeth (“E.B.”), also from Bradenton, were married in October 2007.
